Discreet Shipping Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or our brand name on the outside. Billing statements will appear as a discreet business name.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States) 

We offer simple, transparent shipping rates on all U.S. orders:

  • Standard Shipping: $8.95

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout on orders $100+

Shipping timeframes begin once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, contact us at [your email] within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will do our best to assist.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery will be subject to a restocking fee. Return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund or store credit.
